RESERVATION POLICIES:

Due to Covid restrictions in Ontario, we are currently open by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and require a non-refundable retainer equal to the value of your session fee + HST. This eliminates any missed appointments for us, as well as the handling of cash in the studio prior to your session. Your session fee is not confirmed until we have received your retainer.

illness/CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are sick, please notify us as soon as possible prior to your appointment so that we can fill your spot. Please do not attend your appointment if anyone in your party or in your home is ill, or if you have been in contact with any known cases of Covid or other communicable illness. We often work with newborn babies whose immune systems are not yet developed, as well as with those who are immunocompromised, so if you have any symptoms, your session will immediately be postponed. The retainer fee is non-refundable, however, we are happy to reschedule your appointment due to illness in order to protect our clients and ourselves. Missed appointments without advance notice for illness or other reasons will result in the retainer fee being forfeited.

CHECK-IN:

Upon arrival at the studio, you will be asked to sanitize your hands, and fill out our Covid screening and Covid tracking forms. This information will only be used for said purposes, and will be shared with the health unit(s) only if we are required to inform them. Please be sure to bring your signed copy of the Session Agreement and Copyright and Licensing documents with you, so that we can get started right away, and spend your session time taking photographs, rather than filling out paperwork. Masks must be worn throughout the building and in our studio at all times, with the exception of when makeup is being applied or when you are being photographed, as per government regulations.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is important to inform us prior to your appointment if anyone in your party has any medical concerns, special needs, or food allergies. We are happy to make adjustments to better serve our clients’ individual needs, and having advance knowledge allows us to better prepare for your visit to the studio.
